Ingredients Curd : ½ cup Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder : ½ tsp Powdered Fennel Seeds : 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder : 1 tsp Salt : to taste Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder : ½ tsp Ginger Garlic Powder : 1 tsp Coriander Seeds : ½ tsp Cumin Seeds : ½ tsp Green Cardamom : 5 nos. Poppy Seeds : 1 tsp Kasmiri Red Chilli Powder : 1 tsp Fried Baby Potatoes : 200 gms Method: In a bowl; add curd, turmeric powder, powdered fennel seeds, salt, kasmhmiri red chilli powder and ginger garlic powder. Snack Recipe: Paneer Open Toasted Sandwiches A  tasty sandwich makes the perfect evening snack, but it can add excess fat and  calories  if you do not choose the right ingredients. Pallavi Srivastava,  Fitness  Nutritionist and Founder of Q-Slim  Fitness  Studio shares with us a tempting paneer open toasted sandwich recipe. Ingredients: 2 whole grain breads ½ cup low fat paneer ¼ cup finely chopped tomato 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste 1 tsp finely chopped mint leaves ¼ cup of chopped cabbage ¼ cup of capsicum ½ green chilly finely chopped ½ cup of onions Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp tomato ketchup ½ tsp of butter Method: Heat the oil, add the onions and ginger garlic paste saute until golden brown. Add the tomatoes and the capsicum, cabbage and the paneer to it, cook for 4 minutes, remove from the pan, add green chillies, salt and pepper and the coriander to top it.
